Potluck Dinner, Auction, Speaker, Slideshows
The Massachusetts Butterfly Club held its Spring meeting on Saturday, April 5th at the Broad Meadow Brook Conservation Center and Wildlife Sanctuary in Worcester.
Our traditional gourmet potluck dinner starts the meeting off on a good foot. The dinner consists of many fantastic appetizers, entrees and desserts.
We followed the dinner with our featured speakers. Sharon Stichter and Ben Gagliardi spoke about Oak Hairstreaks.
The speakers were followed by a high spirited auction. The items being auctioned were donated by several members including Don Adams, George Gove, Howard Hoople, Sam Jaffey, Garry Kessler, Steve Moore, Tom Murray, Karen Parker, Kristen Steinmetz, Dick Walton and Nan Wilson.
Member slideshows were presented by Barbara Volkle, Bill Benner, Dave Small, Greg Dysart, Don Adams, Sue Cloutier, Howard Hoople and Larry Barry.
Many thanks to all who volunteered and attended.
